Richard "Trappeur" Rahn, Managing Director and Designated Broker formed Trestle Realty Advisors in 2000. With offices in both Honolulu, HI and Tucson, AZ, Mr. Rahn is expanding the firm's client base in the Sunbelt and Western markets.

Mr. Rahn has held many key positions in his career that have enabled him to turn Trestle Realty Advisors into a formidable advisory entity. From 2001 to 2009, Mr. Rahn was a SVP with PRM Realty Group focusing on the development issues of the firms Hawaiian holdings, including Paradise Memorial Park a new cemetery and mortuary operation on Oahu and KBV-II, a joint venture timeshare project on Kauai'. From 1997 to 2002 he was the Chief Operating Officer for Copper Mountain Ranch, a 5,500 acre Master Planned Community and was directly responsible for managing all aspects of its day-to-day operations including the rezoning and entitlements process, land planning, annexation, government relations, public hearings. From 1994 to 1997, he served as VP and General Manager of Starr Pass Properties and Starr Pass Resort, a 1,350 acre golf, hotel and residential resort community located in Tucson, AZ. Following the disposition of its predicator company, Mr. Rahn formed Trestle Holdings, Inc. in 1987 and operated it until 1994 as a joint venture partner whose major asset was a 1,000 acre residential/golf land development project located in Orinda, CA ultimately sold to a Japanese investor. In 1983, he co-founded Webb/Stanton/Rahn Ventures, Inc. a San Francisco based development firm specializing in high rise office and industrial buildings and business parks in California and Colorado which he sold to Webb in 1987. From 1981 to 1983 he held the positions of Corporate Treasurer and Regional Development Manager at Carma Developer's, Inc., a publicly traded Canadian development company.

Mr. Rahn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, did post graduate studies in accounting and was awarded an MBA all from the University of Oregon. He was also commissioned a Lieutenant, US Army and received an honorable discharge following his active duty service. He has served on numerous home owners boards of directors, is a former Rotarian, a former Director of the San Mateo Boy Scouts of America and served on the Governor of Arizona's Water Management Commission.

Mr. Rahn maintains homes in both Tuscon, AZ and Honolulu, HI.
